"What ruined this rating was the disconnect between the renting owner and the property managers. Hotels.com failed to mention this was a third-party owned apartment within a large residential complex, and so my reservation was not in the system at the front desk. I had to seek help through the app and was given a WhatsApp number, which was largely unresponsive. Following an overnight flight, it took 3 hours to check in!
