Atende em casos de estadia curta.

Hotel razoável, valor compatível com o oferecido. Excelente limpeza dos quartos, funcionários gentis, educados e solicitos. Toalhas de banho de cor “creme”. Sempre limpas e bem embaladas. Mas acho que o hotel não foi muito feliz na escolha da cor. Parecem sujas mas realmente não estão. Café da manhã farto mas sem muita variedade. Escada para subir aos quartos.Apesar do atendente do dia nos ajudar com a bagagem, observei que isso não parece ser norma do hotel. Hotel com localização central, porém não nos deu segurança para sair/chegar a noite. Rua extremamente barulhenta e hotel não tem tratamento acústico. Recomendo para estadias curtas.

O Hotel está em boas condições, tudo bem organizado. O prédio é mais antigo e não tem elevador. O café da manhã encerra às 9h30, o que poderia ser extendido até às 10h. Os colchões poderiam ser mais firmes e ortopédicos. No demais, um boa opção de hospedagem no Pinheiros.

Hotel muito bem limpo, aparência moderna internamente, tudo muito organizado. Recepção super atenciosa, check-in rápido, atendimento nota 10. Unica observação que deixo aqui é que faltou no quarto um frigobar e na minha opnião é fundamental ter. Pedimos uma pizza com bebida e não tinha onde por o resto da bebida para gelar. Nossa água também ficou quente até no outro dia.

Great staff and breakfast

I'm happy I selected Filadelfia. It's very convenient to the Pinheiros market and Faria Lima Station. The staff were very attentive, and my room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. Just be aware that the building has no elevator so it's not good for anyone in a wheelchair. The only improvement I'd make is to add a mirror in the bathroom. It's difficult to shave without a mirror.

Boa localização, e só. Estacionamento com poucas vagas e mega apertado. Café da manhã fraquíssimo. Nenhum quarto do hotel tem frigobar. Prepare-se pra beber água natural. Precisei de uma hora pra late checkout e me foi negada. Estão em reforma e não respeitam nem o horário das 12 às 14. Barulho infernal nos quartos por causa disso. Não fosse a localização, sugeriria procurar outro hotel. Caro pelo serviço que presta.

A limpeza e localização são excelentes. Muitas opções de bons restaurantes no bairro. Quanto aos pontos negativos: chuveiro. Eu vi as avaliações dos outros hóspedes e não imaginei que isso iria me incomodar, mas foi bem ruim. Principalmente para as especificidades femininas. O jato é descoordenado e nem parece que está molhando direito. A falta de um frigobar é um pequeno incomodo contornável. Ah, um pouco de barulho nos corredores incomodou, talvez não tenha uma boa acústica.

Quarto limpo e organizado, porém sem telefone para comunicação e não tinha toalha de rosto apenas de banho. No WC somente sabonete e papel higiênico. Sabia que não tem elevador, queria secador de cabelo, mas esqueci de perguntar na entrada e como estava no terceiro andar não ia descer novamente... pedir nem dava, pois não tinha telefone e já ia entrar no banho. Enfim, poderiam perguntar no check-in se precisaria de secador. Quanto ao café da manhã é bom tem 3 frutas, pães e bolos; margarina, geleia, apresuntado, mussarela, café e leite, pena que o suco é refresco, poderia ser néctar pelo menos. Me hospedei em 2018, achei que já foi melhor, vale a localização e funcionários simpáticos.
