Clean and nice place

The 1 Hotel, in general, is such an elite group of properties. The 1 Nashville did not disappoint. Upon pulling up to valet, I went inside to check-in at which time the staff was already unloading my luggage from the car. The smell when you walk into those doors just melts all your stress and worries away. I was greeted by Sujan S. at the front desk. He was the first person I met there and he started our stay there on such a good note! He was so kind & made check-in so fast and easy. That was probably the fastest hotel check-in I’ve ever had which I really appreciate as I have a 1 year old who likes to run around. Sujan upgraded our room to an incredible view after I told him my little guy loves to look out the hotel room windows at the cars below. We continued to talk and I found out we are actually originally from neighboring countries. At that moment, I felt like we were friends, not just staff & customer. Throughout our stay, Sujan would say hello to us and ask how our stay was anytime we walked by and made some great toddler friendly suggestions. The room was incredible. The design is stunning and the bed is so comfortable. The only thing I’d change about the room is the bathroom space being closed off. It was kind of odd having that space combined with the living/sleeping space. The rooms were cleaned twice a day. Housekeeping would come in the morning & in the evening there would also be turndown service. I have run out of characters otherwise I’d write more good thing

What a great place to stay! I was worried what we wouldn't be there in time for check in so I called. They were very courteous and immediately provided me with an email for after hour check-ins. The room/suite we had was bigger than we expected and extremely well furnished. My wife and I travel hoping to be able to make ourselves at home and the Reserve was perfect for us. Everything was above our expectations and the space was so clean and perfect for us. The limited interactions we had with staff showed they were very pleasant and eager to help us and make sure we had an enjoyable stay not only there but in the city. The location was perfect for us because it was only a short walk to some of the great bars in Nashville as well as the riverfront. We were in town during the CMA Fest and it was great to be able to walk down to check everything out. It was a bit of a walk "home" from the events only because it is located at almost the top of Capitol Hill, but it was worth it when you were able to look out over so much of the city. The nearby park was a great bonus as well. I would recommend anybody to stay here.

Very clean room. Was much bigger room and bathroom than expected. Staff was very nice and helpful. Great, convenient location just minutes to Broadway via walking. Definitely highly recommend.

Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. Loved the dill martini! I needed breakfast by 6:30am sharp due to a flight and they were not a minute late when delivering it. Great customer service.

Wonderful property, great staff really enjoyed the stomping grounds breakfast staff. Would have liked to know the steak house was under renovation however but the room was great as well as housekeeping staff.

This property is amazing! The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff so friendly and helpful. I am extremely particular when it comes to hotels and this property met my expectations at every level. I will be back.
