To get a fried egg the line was too long, the coffee was not fresh. Did not appreciate sitting around over an hour at 5am waiting to check in at the agreed rate. Did not appreciate the front desk unnerving me about checking out after we had an earlier email confirming a late check out. The elevator was dirty. pool water was mirky, deck chairs are too low for older people to sit and get up.

The room that I stayed in could use an upgrade. The shower curtain had stains or mold on it. The flooring was starting to come apart (near the sliding door). The bed was old. For what I paid per night, I expected better.

I stayed in the corner suite and I can tell it was the best place on the block 25 years ago. In need of a major renovation. Great staff. Convenient and wonderful view. Just needs some work. Thank you very much for your time.

Tower building only had 1 working elevator

The room was amazing!! We were so comfortable during our stay and the entire staff were incredibly friendly and incredibly helpful

Wifi was unreliable but everything else was okay. They could use a workstation for those who need to do computer work.

Nice view and welcome feel from PIC staff but it was a journey to get to our room which was at Oceania B tower.
