Nice place to be, close to everything a traveller would need.

Very nice property with Western-size rooms, right in the heart of Tenjin and its shopping district. Somewhat odd that the lobby is on the 19th floor, while the guest rooms are below. The only minor mark is the Lounge . . . beet nice decor, but don’t expect much in terms of food or snacks. Sparse would be the correct descriptive. Having said that, I’d gladly stay again.

This is an excellent hotel and very convenient to do shopping. The hotel is new and beautiful, very modern setting and the people are friendly and welcoming. I will definitely come back again.

This place has a really nice lobby that gives us great intro to the city. I mean the high ceiling was beautiful and I appreciate that library like shelves and the McIntosh Soundsystem quietly playing some lounge music I like that. The cafeteria was good too, but one part that they could’ve made better was the entryway is a little crowded. Food was good and one weird thing that I really really liked was the chopsticks that they used. They were so fine light and accurate. I really like our room. Our family of four people fit in perfectly and the ambience was up-to-date, clean modern I like it. Parking the car was good too. They had a nice basement parking getting around the city easy.

First off, I don’t recall that when I booked this stop the bathrooms and showers were in a separate area. So that may have been my mistake. Second, I had a group of 6, 3 tall boys who barely fit in the room with our luggage. And lastly, we all received tickets for a “complimentary” drink at their cafe. Well their cafe was never open when we were there. This location is great for transportation. And great if you don’t mind sharing bathroom and shower. Unfortunately, for us, is was tough.

The rooms were better quality than I anticipated. Unfortunately, when checking in at the desk the man repeatedly (3-4 times) misstated the length of my stay. This was very scary and I believed I had to book another night last minute. All was well in the end, but this incompetency by the staff left a bad impression. Also, if you lose your room key they will charge you 9000 JPY which felt overly hostile and cheap. by no means a luxury establishment but for the price its tolerable.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for us. The location was convenient and walkable. Would definitely stay again.
