The room was reasonable and the shower was hot. Unfortunately they did not clean the room when we asked for it to be done so attention to the customer was lacking. Also this was the first hotel in all of my years of traveling that only gives a complimentary breakfast to one person of a double occupancy! They wanted to charge extra for my partner! What the hec was that? I was so upset we just left and had breakfast at another location. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous!!!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team at Midori! I didn't catch everyone’s names, but a huge thank you to everyone—from the reception desk and the guards to the guys who helped with our bags, the restaurant crew, and even our airport transfer driver. ( airport service at 515 am ) The biggest shoutout goes to the front desk staff during our check-in. I was low-key stressed about traveling with my mom’s insulin, but they totally took care of us. Since our room didn't have a freezer, they let us use a cooler with ice and even stored her travel gel packs in their main freezer so they’d be ready for our flight. It was such a relief. If you’re traveling with seniors, Midori really goes above and beyond. Kudos to the whole team! If you want a quiet zone- just choose the room away from the bar as it is loud and it can be heard in the room. Also the hotel claims to be luxury, I think they need to upgrade their rooms to meet the standard of a luxury hotel. Otherwise, the service was superb👍👍👍

They went out of their way to accommodate me and my wife, even though we arrived earlier than our check-in time. They stored our bags and hotel driver drove us to SM Clark. Thank you very much to the staff at Punta Clark.

Such a pleasant stay! From such welcoming staff to great amenities to an awesome experience in the M club for the first time. We will definitely be returning to Clark Marriott. Thank you for such a great experience. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay outstanding. Definitely an unforgettable experience.
