Staff were amazing and location was great with great restaurants and transit nearby. The room itself is not super cozy and the window blinds are very poor. They are flimsy and block no light so when the sun rose at 5:30am we were both awake. Would not stay here again as we both felt exhausted at the end of the weekend due to poor sleep.

This was my first visit to One King West and we would definitely go again! The staff was incredibly courteous, from check-in to check-out and the property was very clean. Room service is available and can be ordered from the TV in the room, and there's on-site dining (with outside patio!). The location is also quite central so it was easy to walk to anything that wasn't on-site. Overall, had a great experience and would recommend.
