North Stradbroke Island Ski Vacations

No staff at reception. Self checkin, code to open the safe to get my key which was in an envelope along with 10 or more others. Could easily have taken them all and thrown them away.

Stayed here to attend conference at Convention Centre. Excellent location for this, with ready access to city as well

The property was fine. Walls were a touch grubby, grouting round shower could use an upgrade and out kitchen tap leaked at the base. Also no plug provided for hand washing dishes. The towels were lovely and fluffy, but there were no pool towels provided nor spares, so in the event we had used the pool facilities, we would have had to use our bathroom towels. Also our room door on initial appearance looked liked someone had tried to break into it. These are minor issues, the staff we encountered were helpful and friendly enough but for a property that markets itself as Luxury Apartments, I expected more. It was all okay but not what I would class ss Luxury.

Clean & tidy- great rooms & location is great.

Room was a little out dated, needs to be refunished with more modern items, especially the bathrooms. We had a bath with shower combo and was difficult to get in and out without handles near by to hold and sometimes slippery when wet. Staff was helpful in any questions asked, breakfast was satisfactory with options.

As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

Great location, quiet and off street parking
