Just stayed one night. The room was a creative use of space. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay in the Loulou Suite, which was clean, bright, spacious, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the balcony. With the amazing weather during my stay, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee and croissant while taking in the view. There's also a great local bakery, Cyprian, just up the hill, making mornings even better. Despite the exceptionally hot temperatures outside, the air conditioning performed brilliantly. I actually found myself a little chilly some evenings and appreciated having the duvet available, which is a testament to how effective the cooling system is. The Wi-Fi was reliable and fast throughout my stay, handling TV streaming and work calls without any issues. The hotel's location is excellent and ideal for exploring Paris on foot. I was able to walk to many of the city's most famous attractions, including the Champs-Élysées, Arc de Triomphe, Trocadéro, Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Opéra district, and numerous shopping areas. It's also perfectly situated for visiting the Moulin Rouge, which is just a short walk away along well-lit streets. As a solo traveller, I felt safe walking around both during the day and in the evening. The front-of-house team were friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, always happy to help when needed. Had a great experience at PAX. Was there for 8 days. Staff were excellent. Dillon and aphram at the breakfast were amazing. Very helpful. Will definitely stay there again. Breakfast was amazing. Many selection to choose from.

This is a beautiful, perfectly situated hotel staffed by some pretty amazing people. Our family of five stayed in two rooms that were pretty spacious by Parisian standards and just beautiful! The breakfast was wonderful and the on-site amenities were also very nice. We would highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again!

This hotel does not look as good as it does in the pictures. The hotel decor could do with upgrading as it is a little grotty and rundown in places, however it is very clean and the staff very helpful. It is also in a great location for exploring Le Marais.

Our stay was wonderful, and can't wait to come back. The Normandy le Chantier is a lovely hotel, and the location was excellent.
