The staff were very helpful and polite, the restaurant was fantastic and the room was beautiful. My only negative was that every time I tried to order room service, I had to call repeatedly for up to 30 mins in order to get an answer.

The staff were exceptional: warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make the stay perfect. Every request was handled with grace and attention to detail. My room was stunning, beautifully furnished with a blend of historic charm and modern comfort, and the grounds were an absolute dream to explore. Breakfast and dining were a highlight — delicious, beautifully presented, and served in unforgettable surroundings. Whether relaxing in the gardens, enjoying a quiet moment in the library, or simply soaking in the atmosphere, the entire experience felt luxurious and serene.
