Excellent hotel and Giselle at the front desk is excellent

Clean and helpful and good amenities

We stayed for 4 nights during the hottest week of June, and unfortunately, we had no AC for the first two nights. The staff tried to make things right by offering us complimentary breakfast, which was a nice gesture, but the room was incredibly uncomfortable. By the third night, the AC was just okay, and it finally worked properly on our fourth night. To top it off, as I was checking out on our last day, they closed off part of the lobby for maintenance. It really felt like the hotel wasn't fully ready for the summer season. On the positive side, Great staff :: the location is great, the pool and outdoor areas are beautiful, and there is a nice indoor seating area. The à la carte menu is just okay.

Very unique hotel. Every floor is influenced by a different architecture/style. Our room was spacious and very clean. We had two showers in the bathroom! A first for us. Hotel is perfect if you are going to Madrid for a concert at the Metropolitano stadium. It's on the same train line.
