Very nice hotel with excellent staff. All went out of their way to assist us during our stay. Room was very nice. Only concern was that the location of the hotel was not in a prime location. Nevertheless, the hotel is very impressive and would recommend it to all.

The rooms were clean and the staff was kind...but I had three major issues: 1. I was overcharged 40 euros at dinner on my first night at the hotel for a bottle of wine that I did not order....the waiter removed the charge...but if I hadn't looked over the bill, I would have never known. 2. The hair dryer in our room only worked for about 30-45 seconds at a time...then had to wait to let it cool off each time. 3. After returning late at night and going to our room on the fifth floor, our key didn't work...so we had to go back down to the lobby...two times....to have them recharge our keys. Not really a big deal, except when it's late and at the end of the day and you just want to get to your room to get settled for the night.

It is very centrally located with easy walking to a lot of places. The room was very quiet, no outside noise whatsoever. It was beautifully decorated and large. Just FYI, they don’t have blackout curtains which was fine with us but might bother others. The air conditioning was great. Very nice shower, too. All staff were very friendly and very polite.
