Love this hotel so close to the train station tram and buses We had to upgrade our room as the room Expedia had for us was a tab small nowhere to hang our clothes, but like a cupboard The upgrade we negotiated and that room was fantastic lots of space, larger bathroom and a cupboard to hang our clothes Breakfast excellent highly recommended

The breakfast amazing. The restaurant food delicious. I’m picky when it comes to food. Not the best stomach. Take it from me the food was perfect and delicious. The only complaint I have the room was warm. I asked the front desk. They responded with after you invert the key it will get cooler. It did not. I was too tired from traveling to make it an issue. They also added an extra charge. Again I asked the front desk. They responded no one is present to look at it. I have limited access.

Room was a bit cool thermostat didn’t seem to work properly really good location for transport and the city breakfast was good room was a bit basic no hot drinks facilities but the room was a good size large bathroom and the sofa bed was a really good size no noise coming in from busy roadworks outside staff were friendly
