We enjoyed the balcony and rooftop pool! Great location, walking distance to the mall and free parking available on site.

Clean rooms Staffs were awesome and helpful Shops were nearby to buy grocery Malls were nearby Transport Eg: Bus service and Train services

Our 2nd stay there. Extremely convenient access to train & bus transport (loved new 50 cents per journey tap-on, tap-off system). Suite had some plaster damage at corners, no drawcords on vertical drapes, issues with bathroom basin drain/plug & one plug in kitchen couldn't be used at all. Best feature (again) was use of rooftop spa pools and we felt very secure with card swiping requirement for any access to hotel and use of lifts.

Good close to everything

7.5 out of 10 Place is a great location close to coffee and cafes in Newfarm however is a bit rundown and maybe should be expected for the price. Air conditioning worked only in one bedroom and was used to cool the entire place (two bedroom apartment). The system ran all day and could not be adjusted (two remotes provided did nothing). There were about 5 sets of cutlery and the stove top while functional was not really heating the provided pans/pots to cook anything too complicated. Oven worked fine however and worked for us on some simple frozen meals. Unit we had was on the second floor and was fine for us to walk up the stairs (no lift) but could be a bit of a problem for others.

Loved everything anout the place, clean, modern, staff exceptional. Highly recommend!

Staff were 10/10, rooms are getting a little old but still nice, cleanliness was ok but some dirt left over in bathroom sinks of both rooms when checking in

This place was ideal for our Two day stay. We parked the car and walked everywhere or caught public transport.
