Beautifully appointed hotel in convent location. Plenty of public transport options and close to the airport. Comfortable stay with friendly and welcoming staff.

The room was a loft and it was clean and quiet. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Ivan was extra helpful and getting everything arranged. Simple and efficient hotel. A couple of things to be aware of: there are steps up into the main area of the room, along with stairs up to the loft. Loved the bikes!!! They really make it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Easy! A few things that could have been better : The air conditioner struggled to cool the room down. It felt as if it was low on refrigerant. They sent maintenance to assess; but there wasn't much difference. The room heats up in the late afternoon. They offered to move me to another room - but since i was checking out the following morning, i declined as it would have been a lot more work to pack, unpack and head out in the early am. I opened the windows and it cooled down upstairs. Lastly- the windows REALLY need to be cleaned. A cool view but dirt, moss, etc on the windows takes away from it all.

The kitchen is small but has most things. Bear in mind the cups are not mugs but espresso cups, so if you want a mug of tea bring your own mugs! Also no toaster but the microwave is an oven too so you can use that. We didn't use the restaurant but the menu looked good and they do room service.

Very nice location. Much larger hotel than I had expected, had multiple people for reception and even had concierge. Note that it does have various little stairs up and down to get to some of the rooms but it is the nature of having joined up so many houses to make the hotel. Has two restaurants, a full-service restaurant and then a smaller one which we ate at a few times. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Amsterdam.

We stayed in the hotel 11 days and enjoyed how close it was to everything. The rooms was nice and were cleaned very quickly. The bar made great drinks and had some delicious food. We very much more enjoyed are stay and enjoyed the free mini bar.

The property was in a great location with high end shops around. There was also a metro near by making it easy to get to the city center. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall we had a great experience.

Our stay was wonderful. Cant beat the location, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were nice/comfortable.
