Our favorite hotel in Tirana. The room was very spacious. Comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Courteous and helpful staff. Excellent stay

Great room. The breakfast was good and all the staff was excellent. Lori Beach was only a few minutes walk away. The room was very nice . I would highly recommend this hotel. It's about a 10 minute walk from lots of restaurants.

Everywhere was spotless

It definitely wasn't 5 star hotel!

Pros - Nice and quiet as away from the centre whilst still being walkable for able bodied travellers. Good service . Nice room. Very effective AC. Very comfy bed and pillows . As you would expect from a hotel if this stature. Cons - Had a problem with shower delivering not hot on one day. Also shower gel not replenished. So had a bad shower experience for one day. Asked for complimentary breakfast to compensate and that was given with zero fuss.

The property itself is beautiful, and the restaurants are excellent, especially The View, which had the best food of any dining venue on the property. Unfortunately, the service experience did not match the quality of the resort. There was a noticeable aloofness among the staff, particularly at the front desk. Interactions often felt indifferent, with little acknowledgment or greeting from employees. As a result, the property lacked the warm, welcoming atmosphere one would expect from a resort of this caliber.

Property was brand new and very clean. The rooms were spacious and staff were super friendly, and very responsive and helpful. Location was also great. You are a two minute walk from Principote, but still in a nice and quiet area. Strongly recommend this hotel!

Wonderful room!!! Contact the staff before arrival for smooth check in. Good neighborhood, easy to walk to all the tourist attractions in the area

I really enjoyed the location, away from noise but still surrounded by shops and restaurants and very close to everywhere - Blloku and Skanderberj are just a stroll away. The reception staff was stellar and rooms seem to be exceptionally soundproof; I was on the breakfast floor and could not hear a peep from my own room. Super comfortable bed and loved the bathroom features, which included a bidet sprayer. 100% recommended.
