PARKRUN TOURIST as a solo traveller, who was pushed for time getting to and from the event at Zonnestraal, I took advantage of the cycle for hire. This was the quickest way to get to and from the event without a car. €18. Breakfast was sufficient. I don't eat much in the evening, so had soup and dessert on Friday. Soup was lovely, but the Panacotta was frozen and has split. Was pretty awful and the texture was all wrong.

A 10 minute walk from train stations but closer to downtown Alkmaar.

Coffee, tea, milk and cups in room not totally refreshed each day.

Beautiful hotel, with wonderful rooms in a quiet location. Easy to walk down to the canals. The bar & lobby are gorgeous. The staff is friendly & go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Would highly recommend.

Nice apartment in a nice, safe, friendly neighborhood with easy access to grocery stores and trams. The only issues we had was check in , I did not know they would not give access code until right before check in. We arrived early in the day and did not have code. Once we had that straightened out, we had a great stay.

The staff cleaning the rooms are not up to par , They remove towels but don’t replace , tissues and paper not replaced , box s of hotel amenities empty(repair kit, shoe polish cloth). Same bed shears , and they were stained and put to be seen , not replaced . A full day to get towels brought to the room. Breakfast was ok and you had choice if you were early , after …The staff was polite .

Very nice location. Much larger hotel than I had expected, had multiple people for reception and even had concierge. Note that it does have various little stairs up and down to get to some of the rooms but it is the nature of having joined up so many houses to make the hotel. Has two restaurants, a full-service restaurant and then a smaller one which we ate at a few times. Definitely recommend it as a place to stay in Amsterdam.

Drove past as we didn't recognise it ( thought it was bigger)Booking in was a bit of a faff as I hadn't had the booking in email ,staff soon sorted it thought & helped me log in.assigned room 21 ground floor.Private bathroom in every room. It was small but perfectly formed.Adequate for us as we're small people.Not a lot of storage for bikers gear 2 drawers in the bed end, Our bike jackets were soaked so had to leave them in cafe are on the coat rack for 2 days to dry.Staff lovely food great all in all was a great find & would use again.Lovely find

We enjoyed our stay and felt very safe . It is very close to train station and tram , so transportation was not a problem.

It was a great place to stay and had everything we needed! The room was clean and the staff was very helpful.
