Friendly staff, bad experience with fire alarm going off late at night and poor management of public safety. Aircon didn’t really work and room was hot, bathroom doors like a Wild West saloon door. Reasonable but not for the price. I would choose somewhere else next time.

We loved our big room overlooking Hyde Park! The bed and fluffy comforter were so comfortable and we slept great after exploring the city all day! The location in Mayfair, right across the street from Hyde Park is a great place to stay.
