Very impressed with this hotel, great location as close to most things and public transport. Room very clean and quiet, comfortable bed and had all you need . Breakfast buffet was a lovely surprise , lots of choice and everything fresh. The only negative thing I can say is hotel is over 2 buildings so took a few times to learn my way around. I shall look forward to my next stay

Excellent value, whilst not a cheap option, it is definitively very good value. The staff were professional and accommodating. They allowed early check in because they had availability. They were friendly. The location is great. The units are great in size for a family, and basic provisions (coffee, detergent, dish soap, milk capsules, etc) are provided. The units are modern and in good taste, some items are a little tired from guest traffic, but, hey some times guests do give the equipment a rough ride! Very clean. The lady at reception is charming, and the cleaning staff are professional. Will be back and recomend.

The location for us was great as we were visiting Wimbledon - only 4 stops, facilities and hotel as you would expect, had to call reception once and the duty manager was very helpful

Overall the stay was good, only thing is the property is outdated Parking is ideal for small cars , I struggled with SUV breakfast was ok, my only complaint is all the plates, cups and glasses smell eggy, that needs sorting out

Great value, service and cleanliness. Number of restaurants within 10 minutes and a grocery store across the street. Great for basing a London journey / Wimbledon.

The best In london. Amazing place and nothing is too much for them. I got my Paddington tickets through the Guest Relations desk - no one else could have done that!
