King bed was just two beds pushed together. You could feel the gap. Pretty uncomfortable. Shower pressure could be better. Great view!

INK Hotel is in a fantastic location for experiencing all that Amsterdam has to offer. The staff is very friendly and so helpful! They were always willing to help regardless of the question or request. Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again should we return to Amsterdam.

The room itself was okay with good beds and bathroom. However mine was facing a side another building 1 meter away and I had to keep my blinds shut the whole time. Housekeeping services very variable. Sometimes no coffee or milk replacements. Don’t really go to extra lengths to clean the room. Corridor carpets seemed filthy and the corridor was smelly. Boutique type hotel. Basic breakfast. Seemed a bit pricey. Receptionists absent most times.

High quality hotel in a great location. Short walk from/to the main train station. Within walking distance to museums, shopping, and lots of great restaurants. Definitely recommend adding the breakfast buffet to any stay.

The hotel itself was comfortable and clean. But we were told breakfast was included in our reservation and that is why we chose to eat it and when we left, we were hit with a large bill for breakfast and told that it was not included. It wasn’t worth the price of breakfast, we would not have had it if we had not been told it was included in our stay. Rooms did not have any fridges or coffee. We also recharged with extra city tax when we checked out.

The staff was very helpful and kind. The room was perfect and the location was great! I would highly recommend!

Loved the interior design and the “Studio Up” room for a family of four. The only downsides are we could hear the neighbors above unfortunately, and it was about 35 minute walk to the center of town.

This was an excellent find and I would have no hesitation in staying here again. A family run hotel in a lovely, safe and convenient area, and you can tell that everyone working there cares about making it a great place for visitors to stay. They take care to cater for every need guests may have and there is great attention to detail throughout. The room was clean, large and comfortable, and I slept well there. I really enjoyed my stay here and it would make me more likely to return to Amsterdam soon knowing there is such a nice, well-run hotel to stay in.
