The property itself was great and the staff were excellent. Our room was not so great. The tub was filthy, all of the drains were clogged and unfortunately the A/C did not work properly. When it’s over 100 degrees outside you at least hope for a room with great A/C. For the price we paid I’m not sure if we will stay here again.

Our chrome cast did not work, that was very frustrating, I had a blood stained pillow before bed (not my blood), other than that it was clean and comfortable and the view of the strip was one of the best I’ve ever had.

Always a pleasure

The ice machine on my floor didn’t work. The light switch for the mirror was not working correctly.

Great place , friendly people , clean and helpful, also great location, walking distance to mayor attractions

Staff was very good and rooms are all new … we stayed twice as we came back for our last night in Rome . Locations to Train station perfect and the metro station is 2 minute walk also.

This is a unique boutique hotel with friendly, accommodating staff and great AC, which was much appreciated in this 40°C heat. We ate breakfast one day and it was also great value and great food. Clean room every day and nice new amenities in each room. It was a very enjoyable stay with a great location to bus stops taxis and Ubers we very much enjoyed our stay and will be back.

The staff was rude

It was beautiful, very clean and very quiet. The staff was amazing. I will definitely come back.

Property was clean, small breakfast (included) area but there was always a seat. You could also go to their larger hotel Nextdoor if you like but was not necessary. Staff were all friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful. Located within 20-30 minutes walking from all major monuments except Vatican City (50 min walking, 25 by train).
