Not enough vegan for me. Dinner was very good No mirror in the room Only 2 pkts of coffee in room and lots of sugar. I requested more and only received it once and we stayed for 6 nights poor service

This is a great place to stay! Walking distance to just about everything. You’re down at the ferry in about 10 minutes if you’re going to Waiheke or something. So much to do all around. It was comfortable and clean and really I have nothing negative to say about the whole deal. The casino is in the building, along with plenty of restaurants and live music. I didn’t even get a chance to experience everything. The Intercity bus terminal is basically in the same complex. So easy to bounce around New Zealand on that. Easy in and out. I did see an airport shuttle stop there as well. I took a taxi from the airport for $56 usd and it took about 35 minutes. I might even go back and stay there again on my way out of New Zealand!

Clean and quiet room. Very cool and stylish hotel. Only five years old. Loved everything except the free breakfast. Service was awful. That’s where they need help. My advice is grab breakfast somewhere else. So many choices. Great location too.

An excellent stay with fantastic staff always willing to help. Great room always fresh and clean. Breakfast was amazing and very good value. Looking forward to our next stay.
