No AC and the refrigerator didn’t work. Also, only one ice bucket for the all of the hotel. And no laundry facilities as listed there was. Had to be sent out for maid service to do for you.

We had an amazing stay at the Pulitzer. The hotel rooms, staff, dining and location were all excellent. We arrived early, before our room was ready, but they were able to arrange for us to join a canal tour on their private boat while we waited. It was a wonderful and relaxing experience. We'll definitely be back!

The hotel is very central with easy access to transport services, shops and restaurants. The staff were, kind, polite and helpful. The property was very clean and modern, with lovely decor, a bit dark in the rooms but that is minor and ideal for the bright summer evenings. I will definitely stay again.

Staff has great attitude and is very helpful.
Rooms are clean, nice and the environment well organized.
The location is perfect placement wise, regardless of what you plan on doing in Amsterdam.
The only problem was not being able to use cash for all the amenities/shops available within the premise.
