We had a great time and the staff was very helpful. Beds were soft and the nature surrounding the hotel was beautiful.

Excellent green environmental ideas regarding the daily cleaning of the rooms. Staff always very polite and extremely helpful. Plentiful outdoor seating on the terrace. Good air conditioning in the room, would definitely recommend.

Very convenient location- 5 minute walk to train station to get to utretcht (13 min train) and Amsterdam. (30 min train) Very nice accomodating staff. Also downtown amersfoot is adorable so great homebase for your travels.

The resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel welcome and the area is very picturesque. We had food in one of their Italian restaurants.... Limon which was terrible. Breakfast restaurant was amazing every morning since we were there for the Belgian GP. The walls inside are painted black in the hallways and room entrance which gives you a nightclub vibe..... Not sure if that's appropriate for a resort. I would give this place 4.5 stars.

My daughter’s dirty clothes—placed directly next to her travel bag on the floor—went missing during our stay. We lost hundreds of dollars in high-end activewear, including a Lululemon jacket, a Vuori set, Alo socks, and a Vuori halter. When I reported it, front desk staff claimed housekeeping "accidentally tossed" the clothes into the trash and that the refuse had already been collected. They refused to show camera footage to verify who entered the room, denied any theft, and insisted it was my mistake for leaving clothing near the bin. Considering how small the room trash cans are, it is completely unreasonable to claim a full wardrobe's worth of bulky clothes was mistaken for garbage. Management took zero accountability and offered no compensation or reimbursement for our lost property—they simply comped a single breakfast. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of responsibility and security here. I would not recommend staying at a hotel that takes so little care of its guests' personal belongings.

Beautiful stylish and classy property! Very upscale and wonderful staff. Right in the middle of everything but very quiet at the same time.

The room was excellent, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was very good - freshly made omelette to order was favourite. The staff were always helpful and polite. The location was very good for local food & drink and transport links. The trams and buses are very good. The bar was not open very much when we stayed, this was advertised that the opening hours were such though so we knew this but would have enjoyed having a drink at more flexible times in the bar.
