Phuket Island Ski Vacations

Our room was upgraded to ground floor pool entry from garden cottage. We were pleasantly surprised. Welcomed with English speaking receptionist. Room was clean and cleaned daily. All staff very pleasant even if they didn't speak English. Breakfast was brilliant. A good mix of Thai and continental. Choices changed daily. We could always fund something different to try or something we liked. Breakfast hours were very convenient. 6.30 - 10.30. I LOVED the pool. Canoes were a little battered but still usable. Pool needed regrouting as several tiles loose underfoot but the cleanliness was excellent. Issues did not affect my use of the pool and my family want to come and stay there also. Would really recommend. Great for families too.

Le petit déjeuner devrait être amélioré, il n est pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles sur le plan qualitatif et variété. La décoration de l’hôtel est remarquable. Cependant la possibilité du late check out devrait se faire sans être monnayée dans la mesure du possible

Refreshingly amazing! Had a room with a pool and spent a lot of time there relaxing watching the water and hearing the waves. Ning and Tob in the restaurants made our stay magical. The food is phenomenal and the menus are diverse with so many choices, you never eat the same thing twice, though you want to. The masseuses are remarkable, talented and so welcoming and friendly. The front staff never missed an opportunity to make us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is ideal. Close to all without hearing anything but waves.

Been to Thailand 7 times lots of places this is probably one of the best resorts grounds was perfect on the beach TV had good channels only compliant was the bed was as hard as a board woke up stiff everyday.

Air conditiner units are a bit old and noisey. They shoud be replaced.

Beautiful location tucked away from noise. Very clean and it has friendly staff. The pool is beautiful and location is convenient
