Paroisse Notre-Dame des Sources Ski Vacations

I did not stay at the hotel so this review is only based on my customer service with them. I appreciate the hotel has a set booking policy and my reservation was non refundable however I unexpectedly fell ill and asked if they could refund or instead move my dates of stay. The refused to accommodate any changes to my booking which was extremely disappointing when other hotels with the same booking policy have been really helpful in the past. Disappointing experience.

Lovely hotel close to alot of attractions & sites. Staff were amazing very helpful and polite. Only negative was the lift wasn’t working at all. Only until our last day being on the 4th floor wasn’t ideal. Also the wellness centre swimming pool etc was out of order which was the main reason for me, my why I booked.

Stunning hotel. The common areas - bar, breakfast, pool - were all incredibly stylish and beautiful. The staff was amazing - helped with so many things from our rental car to flowers, to spa treatments to helping with arrangements for getting engaged in Paris. They were incredible.

Clean room. The decor was cute. Loved how the windows opened fully. The staff at this hotel were all amazing. Very helpful with everything.

Exceptional multilingual staff. Great location. I had the largest suite so it was a very spacious room. Tons of extra amenities, but you will not have washcloths. I was greet with champagne and had a bottle of champagne, water, and macaroons in the room. There is a mini fridge in the room with items to purchase. There is a wonderfully deep bathtub high off the ground,in the suite. The shower pressure was great. You will need a high step and have good balance getting out. It was an older hotel and had a dust smell, but you can open 2 gigantic windows to air it out. It was charming and very Paris. It was a nice view on the second floor. If you walk to the Main Street you can see the Eiffel Tower. I liked walking to the main street to see the night show of the Eiffel tower. Americans will love the two thermostats to set the temperature in the room (suite)to very cold if you like. It was a lifesaver in August. There are two elevators. They have someone on duty to open locked hotel entry doors at night. They have a wonderful bar. I didn’t use the buffet but it looked nice and professional. I will next time. You can walk to the Louvre. There is an excellent macaroons shop (just doors down), restaurants, shopping, transportation (electric bikes, metro,and bus stop). The staff ordered my taxi for the airport. I was grateful. I will definitely return. This hotel made my first trip to Paris wonderfully memorable.
