Staff came into our room while we were sleeping. No apology. Her excuse was the system showed no key card connection. The key card was clearly already in the slot. Granted this was initiated by a system error, but the staff member tried to pass it off as my error in not inserting the card key. No apologies.
First time ever someone barged into our room and tried to cover it up by blaming us.
Terrible storage. Not a single drawer or wardrobe. All open storage like a school dorm. Terribly cheap bed.
