The room i stayed in, which i believe represents the rest of the rooms, had no ac. It was a hot room exposed to afternoon sun. Sleeping was a lot more sweaty and difficult than it should be.
Staff are friendly but their English is below expectations. This may be a nice hotel to stay in during colder days.
