2nd time in this location , completely different the fist time we visited the hotel is not clean ..breakfast is lacking variety almost the same thing everyday and not the healthy way spaghetti and diffrent bread

This is a five star stellar resort. Every aspect is excellent including the fabulous staff providing consistent high level customer service, the rooms are designed so well and beautifully appointed, the beach is gorgeous, the hotel grounds are stunning and the food in the many restaurants was always excellent! Highly recommended and plan to return!

We had a great stay at this hotel. Food was ok, but the service was great. We love the location as we can take a trike to the small and walk back along the beach. It’s at the end of all the entertainment and shopping so it’s peaceful in front for relaxation on the beach. Our only issue was with the AC in our room but they did a good job of fixing it daily in a timely manner. The rooftop is the best thing in the area. Great sunset views and great pool. For a cheaper option you can stay just a bit away and pay for a day pass for the rooftop pool.

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms clean and air condition worked great eat breakfast ( that was really good ) overlooking the beach, the boat dock for island hopping and snorkeling was right at the hotel when returning probably will choose this hotel again

Our room at Crimson was nice and clean. Staff were absolutely accommodating. Food was a little expensive. Transport from airport to the resort, and back, was flawless.

Very comfortable, awesome staff, very clean and kept well! Love the area, and we will be back.
