The staff were helpful, and I sincerely thank them for that. Issue is noise from the nightclub. I moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor and was still woken up around 1pm and could not get to sleep each evening.
You really need to avoid this hotel.

Very convenient location, especially access to the mall. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness well maintained.

Pools are extremely dirty in comparison with Dubai standards.
They provide people with normal clothes(not Islamic suits), just normal clothes to use the pool.
The water park was very small to be used by 3 large nearby hotels. Therefore, is was extremely crowded.
Other amenities were not enough for such a crowd.
Reception was very inflexible and not friendly, which did not give us at least one hour late checkout.
The quality of food is not proper for even a 3 star hotel not a 5 star one.
Over all experience was very very very bad.
