I asked the front desk staff if the parking would be available next day and she said if I would talk to the front desk in the morning, I could get the key for the parking. Unfortunately I forgot to get the key in the morning so I was going to get one after coming back to the hotel. When we got back to the hotel, another staff said there was no available parking. I did not understand why she did not book a parking for me. I thought she did because she asked my room number.
The staff are generally friendly but the building is a bit old and the price is too expensive considering that.
