The staff was incredibly friendly, check in was incredibly easy and the ladies at the front desk were so kind. When we got to the room, there was hair all over the bathroom wall. Bizarre and not the friendliest welcome. I also wanted to grab coffee in the morning and noticed the coffee bar was not open. That made me sad, but there were plenty of places in the area that I was able to grab coffee from so that helped. All in all… I would say 4/5! Thank you!

The room was gorgeous and the lobby was decorated so beautifully for Easter with lots of amenities. Loved it

Do deep cleaning throughout the property, and take down mirrors in the actual showers.

Location it’s perfect it’s near the bars and clubs is also a block away from the trains. My room was on the 5th floor the only complaint I have is That I could hear everything happening on street.

Our room offered a stunning view of Bryant Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Upon our arrival, our room wasn’t ready, so we had to wait a bit. One of the friendly staff members kindly suggested some lunch options, which was particularly helpful since this was our first time in New York. When we finally got our room, they sincerely apologized for the inconvenience and upgraded it at no extra charge. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and there was ample space for my wife and me to relax. We’ll definitely be staying here again.

My stay at The Langham, New York, Fifth Avenue was nothing short of luxurious—elegant, polished, and effortlessly indulgent from start to finish. Its Fifth Avenue setting, spacious upscale rooms, and reputation for refined service made it feel like a true Midtown sanctuary rather than just a hotel stay.

Overall it is excellent but no breakfast

Our room was ready early which was a plus. This was the first time I had a room with a view- great location- easy to catch the train.

All staff was extremely helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. Great location to get to our show or walk to nearby attractions. We will stay again!
