Cardamom Mountains Romantic Vacations

Location is nice and close by to some awesome spots. Unfortunately our room was pretty dirty, tons of hair left in the shower, and the room was just super deteriorated from time. There are not many amenities, and they're a hotel that tacks on extra service fees to make their rooms seem cheaper. You can definitely get a nicer hotel for the sane price.However, that being said the staff was all very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was so kind and helpful. By far surpassed my expectations, from reception staff to cleaning staff. They were all so kind and approachable. The room itself was very clean, again surpassing my expectations.

Great coffee and pastries as well as sandwiches.

Definitely more ideal for the business traveler rather than families (The rooms themselves were a little too small for family travel, and we'll be sure to take note of that size when booking future rooms) The room we got was leaking water in the bathroom and kept us up for the first night. To the staff's credit, they moved us to another room, but the front desk clerk barely showed any human traits of concern or empathy as she was doing it. The keycards weren't the best quality for us (or some of the other travelers) and caused issues in the elevator. We did not take part in Breakfast since it was an exorbitant additional charge - It was far cheaper (even by NYC standards) to just eat at one of the dozens of places around the block. The central location in Manhattan was a great convenience though, so I would give credit for that.

The Gotham is an adorable small hotel that is run with very competent staff who you will be able to engage with easily. The Juliet balcony's are a bonus and provide a view of New York life and fresh air. I enjoyed the lush bedding and a room without carpeted surfaces. The mini bar was very well stocked for snacks, soft drinks, wine and alcohol. The restaurant is very attractive and offers a cozy atmosphere. Tends to be a bit loud if you have hearing issues. They offer a nice menu and specialty drinks. I'm hoping when I come back they will have a Smart Tv.

Clean room. Great helpful staff. Remote wasn’t working but that’s ok

The bar prices are crazy expensive for no reason and restaurant staff are not really nice However the managers there are delightful

The hotel is NOT what is to be expected from a new 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. We checked in and immediately 450 dollars for 3 nights were taken as deposit which is a ridiculous amount no matter how you look at it. We then came to the room which was big and clean and that was the only good thing about our stay. A 6 pack of cold water at the store in the lobby costs 42 dollars. The water pressure in the room shower makes it impossible to take a shower. Moreover, there was no hot water at one point. When there was hot water it was impossible to regulate the temperature properly it was either hot enough to make tea or cold enough for penguins to swim in. If you wanted to change between them you would have to wait about 3-4 minutes for the temperature to change. The minibar at the room had the most ridiculous rule which stated that if you lift any item off the trail for more than 30 seconds you will have to pay at least 25 dollars. There wasn’t even a regular kettle to boil water for coffee in the room, never mind some complementary water for people who just came to Las Vegas in the heat. Hotel staff was mostly doing a favor only people which were actually kind were the valet and the luggage service at the lobby. When we wanted to check out we had to wait in line for 20 minutes for the 2 receptionist to stop joking around and finish helping the 3 people which were there at the time. Overall this hotel is not a 5 star hotel, 3 with big rooms and a nice pool area at best.

We booked a Casita room for a 3 day weekend for our last trip before we have our first baby. I didn’t put any notes or anything on what we were there for, but when we checked in we were informed we had been upgraded to an oceanfront suite. We were blown away by this room. It was massive and had multiple balconies to sit on and enjoy the views. We ended up spending most of our time in the room because it was just the best. We did go to the adult pool and another quiet pool that were both very nice. Megan at the vista pool was great! We had breakfast at the Catalina kitchen a few times which was great. The room service was great. I do wish I had done a little more research and made reservations for the other restaurants on site as they were booked. Overall it was an amazing place and we were so thankful they upgraded us, we didn’t want to leave!

The shower reeked of mildew. The curtains in the room had a big glob of blood and snot on them. The room overall just had an off putting smell.
