Seriously, what a great place! Beautiful - clean - affordable Every team member was incredibly kind the entire stay! amazing pool, affordable food, clean rooms... loved the gym. Perfect place to stay with kids, just off the strip. So close to freeway entrance... Even loved the gas stations that are very close with good affordable food and drinks. Will absolutely be back!

Elevators are being renovated at the Ipanema Tower. Wait is terrible.

Everything was excellent except for the noise related to construction

Have stayed here for many years when coming to Vegas. In my opinion, the hotel is starting to show some signs of wear in the rooms, but most of all, service has dropped off a cliff in the amenity areas. We spent a couple of days utilizing the pools for a few hours and I think there was one server serving the whole pool. In one instance a server refused to serve us because we didn’t want to buy a bucket of beers and only bringing two was “not worth her time”. Even when we rented a private space beside the pool with a minimum spend, it was almost hard to hit the minimum because the service was non existent. Great hotel, great location, but they really need to refocus on service.

This was amazing. We checked Jesus L. and he was helpful and so kind. We were treated as if we were VIP’s (and we are not). My son has just turned 21 and we stopped in Vegas on a road trip. Would definitely stay there again next time we are in Vegas. Highly recommend.
