The Taj Hotel and the staff made a huge difference to our trip to London — Justin, Ifeanyi, Faraz, and Diego were all extremely helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very well looked after. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Any request we made was handled quickly and professionally. We also visited the spa, which was a really nice addition and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, a great experience and one I’d happily recommend. We’ll definitely consider staying again in the future.

Convenient. Friendly staff and great amenities. I did see a mouse while I was eating later at night and the staff didn’t seem fazed by it so hence my 4 star rating

It’s an absolute gem , very clean big place with exceptionally friendly professional efficient staff . Great gym and spectacular swimming pool . Steam room and sauna are great too. We were very lucky as we were given an upgrade ! Iam forever grateful to all the lovely staff for making our stay as one of the best hotel we had stayed

Booked a twin room - but was given a double. Room too hot (a/c wouldn’t adjust). Didn’t get 20% VIP discount on food and drinks. Great views from the hotel, shuttle service to canary wharfe station is a nice touch, but necessary as otherwise the hotel is a bit remote.

The room was cold, no outlet in bathroom

The bathroom could be upgraded. i.e. walk in shower and mixer taps. I was astonished to be charged a service charge for each nights accommodation and breakfast. £86! Naturally I refused to pay. This was a first for me and I do hope it's not going to be the norm.

Staff were excellent. Some things about the room needed attention. The pool was great, although there were some tiles missing at the shallow end.
