Southern Alberta Romantic Vacations

I was given an accessible room even though they were not fully booked. The shower are area water did not drain and was all over the floor. When I mentined this they barelt saw the picture I had taken and said they would address it. I don't think the property appeals to me. I always feel that if we boomvia Expedia we get treated to the rooms that have the least appeal for others although the price point for this property was $70 more expensive than the Westin

Overall, it seemed like they overbooked themselves and overcharged for a hotel that is nowhere near being finished with their renovations. There were a ton of problems with our first room because of the renovations. We had to practically beg them to move us to a different room. One of the problems being that as soon as we opened our window windows for a Mountain View, we were meant with eye contact with two construction workers outside our window. Wasn’t the most romantic experience if you ask me. Luckily they did move our room, but overall, we did not feel like it was worth the money.
