Hotel needs updating. Air conditioner in room was poor and found garbage on floors. Shower stream was weak. Hotel is showing its age.

I last stayed in The Venetian 13 years ago, and thought then it was the best hotel I'd ever stayed at. I took 11 friends with me for my belated 50th birthday this time, and it's still the best hotel any of us have ever seen, and there was a lot of experienced world travellers in the group. The rooms (and the hotel itself) have magnificent decor, and are extremely spacious and meticulously clean. The hotel and casino facilities are excellent, and of course, the grand canal is something else… and yes, I have been to Venice. Obviously, it’s not cheap to wine and dine in the hotel itself, and if you’re on the 28th floor in the North Tower, you can be waiting on an elevator for a while, but this is a Vegas must-see and stay.

Well, it's a 5 stars hotel for a reason. Room was really large and nice with a great view on LV. We enjoyed the Shim Lin show right within the hotel premises. Not disappointed.

I felt this hotel was just average not really luxury I've stayed in Marriott hotels that were a lot fancier was not happy about the $400 hold on my credit card for what the room I had had hair on the floor hair in the shower and the hot water didn't work if you look around there is a lot of dust like no heavy cleaning is done those Dusty boxes of snacks that they are trying to charge you for is ridiculous if you have a kid in a room and they accidentally knock it off that sensor and it takes you more than 30 seconds to put it back they're going to charge you.

We appreciated that the valet service was complimentary; however, we would have preferred free self-parking (you have to pay to self park). Each time we wanted to go somewhere, we had to wait for the valet to retrieve our vehicle, which added unnecessary waiting time to our day. We stayed for two nights. On the first night, the TV remote was not working, and unfortunately it could not be fixed that evening. The staff did address the issue the following day. The pool area was clean, well-maintained, and enjoyable. However, for a tower of this size, the pool seemed somewhat small and could have been larger to better accommodate guests.

Heaven in SoCal - incredible staff - just an amazing all-inclusive resort that is family friendly and perfectly located.

Service, staff and amenities were top notch.

Overall property is really nice, daily parking is fairly inexpensive but the staff were not very friendly. When I arrived the girl behind the counter did not acknowledge me for a full 15 minutes. She then left the office and as she walked away said oh someone will help you. 10 more minutes later someone came to fill check me in. Room was clean except for the bathroom shower which was so dirty that I did not use it. I only stayed for 1 night so it wasn’t worth it to report. Overall I would recommend for a short stays only.

The room was beautiful! Spacious & comfortable. I LOVE the soft, plush carpet :) We had in room dining from the restaurant & the food was delicious! Service from all the staff was superb - everyone was kind & helpful. Can't beat the location overlooking the Pacific Ocean & just a short walk down to the beach or the Santa Monica Pier. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Love the vibe of this hotel. The rooms are stunning, incredibly spacious, and feel more like a home than a typical hotel room. The views are top-notch, and the location is hard to beat—everything you need is conveniently nearby. The beds and furniture are exceptionally comfortable and inviting, making it easy to relax and settle in. I especially loved the bathroom products and the signature scent throughout the room—so much so that I’d recommend buying the room spray from the gift shop. The welcome note and treats waiting for us upon arrival were a thoughtful touch and made us feel appreciated. Check-in could have been a bit friendlier, but that may just be part of the LA hospitality style.
