The hotel was mostly clean, we did find a fake nail and band aid on the floor. The luggage service was convenient. We did request late check-out and we asked when we checked in if we had been able to get late check out at 1pm and he said that he was able to do that for us. I got an email that morning that we had to check out at 11am so we called and said that the front desk had told us we were able to check out at 1 and they told us there was no record of that. Other than that, the staff was friendly and the room was very nice.

Everything meet and exceeded my needs.
Every personal that I interacted with, was extremely helpful. Rooms were clean and kept clean via workers. Casino floors were great. Over all a great place to stay. Planning another trip soon and this will be my destination.
