Wonderful & thoughtful accommodation. Bures are exceptional with crafted Fijian decor and comfy extras - like double hammock, sun loungers and Adirondack recliners on porch - ceiling fans and AC. Food plan (included) was very generous, delicious and varied. All the staff were gracious , helpful and put you in the Bula spirit! An interesting island area with history and charm plus a gorgeous bay, pools. beach and boating / snorkel or diving options. Didn’t want to leave!!

Incredible experience, the resort is beautiful with epic snorkelling spots both on the house reef and within short boat trips nearby. Staff were amazing and catered to every need, with the resort also very well kept. The food is an enormous highlight, with a stellar, changing, multi course menu every day for lunch and dinner. The freshly roasted cashews were delicious too!

Amazing time on Malolo Island resort, from the warm welcome and lei greatings, to the staff who are so attentive and took a great care of our family of seven! Would highly recommend!

Absolutely Beautiful Staff that make Castaway so very special & their happiness is contagious. We were there last as a young family & this trip back with them as adults, their partners & grandchildren, it still has its magic affect, no one wanted to go home & definitely all will be back .

Staff were the most attentive and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by in a resort setting. Spa therapists were excellent and accommodating to my physical limitations. Brought the massages to our room rather than me having to walk to the spa. Grounds were meticulously groomed daily. Food was excellent in presentation, quality, and variety. This resort paid more attention to small details than any place we’ve stayed before.

Friendly staff clean rooms

Staff were the most attentive and friendliest group of people I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by in a resort setting. Spa therapists were excellent and accommodating to my physical limitations. Brought the massages to our room rather than me having to walk to the spa. Grounds were meticulously groomed daily. Food was excellent in presentation, quality, and variety. This resort paid more attention to small details than any place we’ve stayed before.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Sheraton Tokoriki. We were blessed to meet Sera at the front desk who welcomed us like family with her smile and warm greetings. The greeting and check in were an A+!!! Coming off the boat and walking up to the property, they gave us a shell lei greeting while singing a Fijian welcome song. It really made the welcome memorable and we felt like we were home from the minute we got there. Because we bought the full meal plan, upon arrival we were able to quickly sit down and have lunch at the open air restaurant overlooking the beach. The menu was expansive and there is an option of eating at the Indian restaurant as well. We absolutely recommend getting the meal plan as there is no other place to eat on the island and it gives you options without having to worry about the prices. Our room was #130, an oceanfront room that was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfy and the furniture and decoration was very nice. The room was a bit far from the center of the hotel and the walk was a bit far but overall it was great. The property is amazing and the beach and snorkeling is out of this world. There isn't great snorkeling on the shore but if you swim out or are taken out by the staff to the reef's edge, the snorkeling is some of the best I've ever seen in the world.
