The frontline staff were very welcoming and attentive. Friendly beyond what is required. Ilyas and the Claudia among others are wonderful. Will definitely recommend Olivia Plaza!!!!

Front desk workers were so nice and helpful! They were able to check us in early which was amazing because we had a long day of exploring. The bartender Saad was the best part of our stay at Eurostars Barcelona Central!! Beds were comfy and room was roomy and perfect for 3 of us. In a PERFECT location pretty central to most everything. Would definitely stay here again!!

Me and mom stayed in the property together, the location is incredible, very nice en clean, staff was super friendly, easy check in and accommodated

We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted that although the location is amazing it is in a non uber zone due to private roads. It would have been helpful to have this noted in the check in instructions given we had luggage to walk with.

Every thing in the hotel including staffs were very good, except on the website it stated they have 24 hour shuttle to the airport, but they don’t.
