Gym was well equipped. Breakfast was good & had dairy free options. Staff were excellent.

The location of the property was great with all sorts of amenities and entertainment within walking distance. The check-in was a less than memorable process. During the check in the cleck took a call, which sounded like a personal call, and just left us standing. Then she asked if I wanted to set up my credit information for the property deposit and I said yes. She barely started the process and then decided to dismiss us and said we could do it later when the suite was ready for checking. Minutes later she emailed me the credit deposit form to complete. It felt like she just wasn't interested in doing it. When got to the suite we discovered bugs in the bath tub, towels that smelled mildewy, dishwasher had a very off putting, and hair dryer was so sticky we were unable to clean it off. House keeping is every 3 days which is fine. However we were told of we needed any extra things dropped off to either call or email the reception. I called and asked that house keeping leave extra coffee when they came as we only had 6 when we arrived and ran out because they actually did not come until the 4th day. When they did come they left 4 pods 2 less than what we initially started with. If house keeping comes every 3 days, supposedly, and 2 people are staying in the suite you would need a minimum of 6 pods for each person to have one cup of coffee a day. We gave up and bought instant coffee instead only to discover the kettle provided in the suite was in a unusable state.

Great central location, easy to walk around the city , decent breakfast

Excellent hotel. We had some delays on room availability by around 20 mins on checkout but we were fairly compensated (€150 bar voucher) and after checking we realised one of the two sinks was blocked. Upon raising this to hotel staff they gave us more compensation (€150 bar voucher) for the inconvenience. All in all very positive experience and professional hospitality. Breakfast was also delicious and freshly made options available rather than just buffet services like most hotels which was a plus.

Good clean room with good views.

Staff Having to ask your room to be cleaned rather than it being standard was disappointing at a hotel like this.

Staff was amazing, only one (minor) complaint. The lighting in the room as well as the elevator was very dark. I needed to use my iPhone flashlight :-)

The Rosewood Amsterdam is restored & beautifully designed with an incredible selection of artwork on display. The details are well thought out throughout the hotel. I was thrilled that our quest room overlooked the canal. The linens and bed are a dream come true! From the moment you book your stay you’ll be well cared for. The concierge team communicates, offering insight, very helpful getting tickets prior to our arrival along with reservations allowing for a seamless stay. The check-in staff offers a warm welcome. The entire staff engages in customer care. The Rosewood location is fabulous! We enjoyed every single minute!

It was a great hotel .. a must try :) but the communication with the staf was difficult . The check in and out was by phone and as a traveller its not that easy with out wifi .. but other than that the place was great and imaginary :))
