Could not open the windows. The room was very hot even with the cooler and a big metal fan running all the time. The consept of the hotel is nice, but the heated room ruined the sleep.

The hotel was very nice, the room was spatious and it was a lovely place to stay. Only complaint is it is not very stroller-friendly, you will need to carry strollers up a half-level to get to the elevators.
There may be an easier way but we were not made aware.
Additionally, we previously stayed 1 block away and the road noise was substantially less being slightly more tucked away. It was quite noisy in the evening.
Overall happy with our experience! Just always nice to easily access the room without having to take our kid out of the stroller.

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.
