Thank you, Waipuna, for an exceptional stay. Our room was immaculate, featuring a beautifully renovated modern bathroom and a large wall-mounted TV with Netflix and a full range of channels, which kept my children and me perfectly entertained during our downtime.
The service we received was genuinely five-star. Every staff member went above and beyond opening doors, engaging with us warmly, and ensuring we had everything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism truly elevated our experience.
The hotel’s facilities were spotless and thoughtfully maintained. We also enjoyed taking family photos in the outdoor garden areas, which offered several picturesque backdrops to choose from.
Overall, our stay exceeded expectations and we look forward to returning.
