A very pleasant stay lovely hotel and nothing was a problem for the staff

The service was great with all staff making the stay comfortable and providing best assistance. The room was clean and was set in a very organised manner. Recommended for all.

Checking in to SkyCity Hotel was very professional and accommodating as were able to check in well before the 3pm time. The room and hallway carpets are a little dated. The room itself was very clean. The fitnesses centre was all modern equipment and well spaced out. Our areas of attention would be house keeping. Counter areas were picked up, but not wiped clean. Refilling tea/coffee was a hit and miss as well as daily garbage pick up. One area of health and safety would be the showers. As like most hotels the convenience of shower gels and wash are mounted on the wall. Our room was amenities were on the side of the tap that one could bump and scrape themselves at worse hit their head should they drop something. If this was mounted on the other side, I think that would be safer and the feeling of more space for your guest. The staff cannot not be faulted for this observation. When asked for anything they were most helpful.

Great location, walkable to Parnell and public transport

This is one of my favorite hotels ever and we travel all over the world frequently. The entire staff took great care of. Can’t say enough good things about the concierge Baj. He helped us with transportation, tours and even made sure we were able to get breakfast in before an early tour. The hotel was gorgeous too but the staff made it even more special. Highly recommend.

No parking and no driveway to pull into to drop off luggage. The gym is tiny.

Super nice location in water. Beautiful location to walk and explore

Fantastic apartments, close to transport links and Westfield New Market. The Alexander Inn was perfect for us, clean, comfortable and lovely helpful staff. Thank you, we'll come back :)

Clean rooms and it’s also spacious.

What an incredible hotel! We were greeted by a lovely receptionist who advised we had a free upgrade. The room was stunning with amazing harbour views of the harbour bridge. We were surprised by a knock at the door and received a free bottle of wine for my birthday a few days prior. The gym, pool, spa and sauna were immaculate and had everything you needed. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend for a special night away.
