The location of the property was great. There are restaurants close by as well as a mall. The Tran was across to street to get to the main hub. Staff were polite and very accommodating. Breakfast buffet excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The art deco design was nice as well.

This hotel is ideally located, within walking distance of most attractions; it is on a quiet street and it is quiet within the hotel. The breakfast has a good selection of foods- breads, cereals, eggs, etc. that are served buffet style. The staff is exceptionally helpful and speaks fluent English. We had the junior suite which was quite spacious and comfortable. We'd highly recommend this establishment.

As much this hotel is a little dated, it was still kept very well and especially clean. We only stayed one night due to catching a flight. this hotel has a lot of one night stays so the room turnover is quite high. They are very efficient organized and makes it easy to navigate. The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This was my second time staying here, and I was very happy this time. The young lady working the check in desk was very friendly and helpful, as was the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with. The room was very clean and spacious, and the hotel is in a great location, near the train station, many restaurants and shops, and only a few minutes walk to the lake. I would stay here again.

Nice location!! Big rooms!! Kind staff! Everything was ok besides that I made a reservation for 3 addults and the third bed was very small and the third eprson didnt fit in it. So, if tou need room for 3 grown ups, this is not the hotel for you.

10 minutes walk to the main train station and bus stops. The double room is spacious and clean. Breakfast offers varieties of choices but the bead is not as good as that in town.

Excellent location, easy to walk to many areas (Old Town, train station, lake, etc.). What really stood out was the outstanding service from hotel staff, everyone was both nice and helpful. I would give this hotel "six" stars if I could. Will definitely consider staying here again the next time I am in Zurich.

Lovely hotel! Artsy, well maintained, nice hair products and the staff were incredibly helpful, even storing our bike boxes for a week until we return to the hotel at the end of our trip. 10 minutes walk to train and to old town.
