The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was a good sign. Hotel was quiet, especially at night. I also liked the free apples on the counter for guests.

The location is unbeatable—just steps from the central station and one of the main streets. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Special thanks to the concierge, who suggested great activities, helped me purchase tickets, and even assisted with train schedules. Truly excellent service

Located close to a tram stop which was handy. The food in the restaurant was very good.

Staff was (except gentleman at checkout) not great..... Long waiting at checking in, not flexible.

Pros: 5 star amenity rooms, incredibly friendly, multilingual staff, always smiling and accommodating. Cons: Despite how tall the building is, it's very tucked away, misleadingly far from the city centre and difficult to find - even for a couple of taxi drivers I was with.

The room itself is to the highest quality in everything they chose, to tap ware, faucets, tiles, wardrobes, stationary, bottled water in glass, fine stem glass ware, amenities inside the bathroom and bedroom, the special thoughts just do not end....... Very pleased with our stay. The breakfast was more than amazing, the staff I wanted to take them all home, the chef's home made pastries, the service from all the staff and attentiveness. Give credit where credit is due! They have won! Attention to detail at every turn!

Just spent 4 nights.. staff were all very nice and accommodating especially Khristina! We loved the location to everything.. hotel was clean and we had a group of 8.... it was a bit chaotic checking in but the hotel was extremely helpful and understanding! Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options. We lpved zürich and we definitely would stay here again!
