This has to be the most unique, clean, and wonderful hotel. The hospitality of the staff is so welcoming and they are very knowledgeable and helpful with questions / directions .

Staff was friendly. Spacious room and bathroom. Bed was huge and comfortable. location is good, near metro and bus station, convenient store, restaurants all within short walking distance.

They didn’t give us free breakfast as stated in the booking. We had to ask them and show the proof in order for them to give us the tickets. The room is not clean and stains on the bedsheets. The TV does not work even restarted multiple times. The air condition temperature meter is broken. It gets really cold as it never turns down the fan speed automatically. It gets quite loud outside at night because the insulation is poor. Sound isolation is poor as we heard the entire conversation with a mom yelling at their kid at night for an hour.

Friendly staff, especially Mandy, a very attractive lady at the reception, look for her, she is running the show, a problem solver.. Other staff are also friendly and helpful.. Room is big.. bathroom is not. Breakfast is mostly Chinese, can be improved by adding some cheese and more salad.. No complimentary coffee in rooms, only Chinese tea :)

The room was spotless, The staff was friendly and provided excellent customer service. Check-in, Check-out was a breeze and Gene was very helpful and so was the hotel manager. I highly recommend this hotel if you plan to vist Guangzhou for business/pleasure. Thank you!

This hotel has remained a true 5 star hotel after all these years! Excellent service, great rooms and amenities, good dining options, lovely surroundings, great view of the river delta from rooms if you book the room with views…definitely recommend it!

There are no smoke-free rooms, and the bathrooms require thorough cleaning to remove the mould. The place is good in terms of accessibility and has lots of places to eat out. I love the location, and the cleaning staff are excellent. The front desk staff go above and beyond to help. The airport pickup by the hotel for 300 yuan is crazily expensive. An average of 80-130 yuan is ideal. The breakfast is very good, and the manager was very attentive to guest complaints.
