10/10 experience. I have stayed with them 3 years in a row now, and each time was exceptional. From a smooth, efficient check-in to consistently attentive service, the experience felt well managed and professional throughout. The room was immaculate, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, with exceptionally comfortable bedding and high-quality amenities that made it easy to relax. Sam is always a pleasure to deal with. What stands out most is the hotel’s consistency—cleanliness, comfort, and attention to detail were delivered at a high standard across every interaction. I would return without hesitation and recommend it to both business and leisure travelers.

Our room was considered a standard ocean view and it had no ocean view. It was in building 22 and since it was on the lower floor, the view was blocked by the casitas in front of it. So I recommend booking a premier ocean view or if you book the standard ocean view, make sure you are on the second level. Otherwise, the resort is lovely. The staff are very friendly. We enjoyed a morning guided coastal hike with Morgan and Christos and also found the falcon talk very interesting.

I had an excellent experience with this hotel. All of the staff were friendly and attentive. My room had the perfect amount of space, was equipped with all of the essentials and was very clean; they even provided complimentary water and coffee in the room which was nice. It’s also a very good location and central to everything that you can think of. I would definitely stay here again.
