The rooms were clean; however, I did not appreciate seeing a roach in the room.

The property was lovely, the staff were kind. We enjoyed both the indoor pool and spa facilities. Close promxomity to so many things including restaurants and shopping. We would both stay there again and recommend to anyone considering staying there.

Service was excellent and very easy to learn as a new comer. Room were clean, hot and cold water. Valet and bell services were excellent and very helpful.

Huge hotel-you might be waiting for a free elevator! We had a reunion the same weekend the hotel was hosting the FBLA… teenagers everywhere which wasn’t bad in itself, but the wait for elevators could get really long. Your room key only takes you to your room floor so maybe not the easiest situation for folks who are trying to catch up with each other and visit rooms. There was lots of seating in common areas so that was good. If you want to self park it’s a 5 minute walk away on the Truist parking deck.

The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was good at the check in desk. I didn't book the spa service during the stay. The parking fees is too high for paying guest.
