Really great property, convenient location

This place was ideal for our Two day stay. We parked the car and walked everywhere or caught public transport.

Clean rooms and comfort.

Disappointed that only one lift was working - waited for ages every time you required the lift because it was so busy. I also expected a mini bar in our room with drinks and snacks - I am pretty sure that every other time we have stayed at the Pullman there has been a mini bar. Also, every other time we have stayed we were gifted with complementary drink or coffee vouchers, but not this time.

Great location close to river and city centre.

A heritage building with rooms and architecture that matches the elegance of its era. Our room was large and comfortable and with a balcony overlooking Queen Vic park.
