Staff were friendly. Room was an upgrade so spacious, however the bathroom still looked tired but clean.
My only problem was that I couldn’t get and decaffeinated tea. I made three phone calls and asked two additional members of staff but they couldn’t get any for me.

Room was amazing-very nice to have a fairly separate living room from bedroom (bathroom was between) so teens and parents can have seperate spaces. The lobby and buffet areas were spotless with lots of staff on hand. Never had to wait for anything and very accommodating.
