The apartment we got was very moldy, and i had an allergy attack within 15 minutes of reaching the property. I had to leave the apartment and got an accommodation at another place. Their bathroom sink was broken, opened a maintenance request , but i got a communication that it will get considered as non urgent. Overall a horrible place. I tried getting a refund, and no luck.

Well located and had every convenience including a washing machine.

The room temperature in the room was 40 degrees in the first night and 34 degrees in the second. No air condition.I made a complaint to the personal but they didn't do anything, Just to be in contact with you! I want to get my money back. Their customer service knows about this.

Awesome stay but there was no drawer for clothes. We stayed sauna room which was amazing but I wonder that removed space for drawers.

Lovely hotel and great service. The food and drink at the restaurants was excellent. Look forward to staying at Kämp again.

It was a lovely clean, spacious apartment. Very well equipped and very close to the main tourist areas and coast. The staff were quick and responsive when I WhatsApp messaged to ask questions, as it is an online run hotel. The onsite shop was really useful too. There was no access to the rooftop terrace as it was constantly restricted for private bookings and permanent residents, not guests. It took me a while to get to grips with the online system, everything is online from checking in and out to recycling instructions. I am very much a non tech person, so working out how to switch on water for dishwasher/washing machine etc took a while. (Old fashioned folder with laminated guides would be useful for us oldies). Overall a very comfortable stay

Location is perfect. The room was clean and beds comfortable. However our room wasn’t ready when it was check in time. The cleaner was still there and couldn’t communicate with either English or Finnish. Finally using google translate found out it would take another hour to get the room ready for us. However even with that I would definitely stay there again.

Quick and easy check in for a very late (1am) arrival. Simple but comfortable and well equipped apartment. Sadly I wasn't there long enough to try out all the amenities but I saw longer term guests and residents using the work and leisure spaces.

The room was clean, lots of kitchen to use. Enjoyed the open tv room and kitchen; felt less lonely. Big shower, bed was comfortable. Very quiet, which I enjoyed. Elevator available, luggage storage was good. The only complaint, in the hotel description it states ‘hot breakfast provided’, but in the small print it says for a fee of 20e. Yikes. There is a market just around the corner. They have salads, oatmeal, yogurt, cheese, etc.
